RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns must be initiated within 7-DAYS from ORDER DELIVERY. Returns that fall outside this window will be issued a CREDIT.
Please note SALE and PRE-ORDER items are CREDIT/EXCHANGE only.
In efforts to lessen our environmental impact we will no longer be offering free returns. These changes are keeping with our commitment to sustainability with conscious consumption in mind.
A charge of $25 per North American order to return and restock will be applied.
If an item used FREE shipping and returned a $20 restock fee will be applied.
We will continue to support our customers by ensuring the return and exchange process remains as seamless as possible.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASEPlease email Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org for your return instructions from the original carrier.
Once your label is emailed directly from the carrier, you will be notified (remember to check junk folder if you have not seen it). Please ensure returns are sent back within 5 days.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser ́s method of payment once goods arrive back to the warehouse.
Items must be returned in unused condition with original tags and hygiene strip attached. NOTE: IF HYGIENE STRIP IS REMOVED, YOUR ITEM(S) CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Please note that ALL garments should be washed in COLD and hung dry. Always refer to the specific care instructions in the Side Seam or at the Center Back seam. White garments are susceptible to stains so please use caution with makeup and dark oils and sunscreen.
All garments can be dry cleaned should stains appear and we suggest freshening your whites yearly.
